My family has lived in Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire for many generations. It is an idyllic, beautiful community with a historic common, quaint businesses and productive farms.
Many times over the years I have taken leadership roles in multiple municipal activities, from being appointed a commissioner for Southwest Regional Planning Commission at the age 19 to hosting our town’s 250th celebration at the town hall in 2012.
This March I was elected as a Selectman for my home town for the next three years, and I currently serve roles on many boards including the Zoning Board, Historic District Commission, Twin States Network, Franklin Pierce Alumni Board, etc. When I became a foster parent, I began doing family events at the Inn at East Hill Farm. I also started doing weddings early in my career and discovered it is something that I love greatly. Each year, I host between 30-40 weddings, the bulk of my DJ business, providing great deals for ceremony setups as well. I am excited to announce that my business has won the prestigious WeddingWire Couples' Choice Awards for 2014 and 2015, as determined by reviews from past clients. The Couples' Choice Awards recognize my business as part of the the top 5% of wedding professionals nationwide. Thank you to all of my couples (and parents) that submitted reviews to make this accomplishment possible.
2015 is my 18th year as a DJ. As soon as I turned 21, I began spinning tunes for a local dance club called the Rainbow Cattle Company. When I became a foster parent I left the nightclubs and worked at some local resorts.
Currently, I am available to host karaoke events and often do special educational, fundraising or community events.
I also look forward to the
27th Annual Walk for Animals for the Monadnock Humane Society
on Saturday, June 20th; please read my blog for more information about how you can get involved by starting a team as soon as possible.
